Heathrow Airport has four passenger terminals — Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Your terminal will depend on the airline and flight you are travelling on, so it is important to check your booking before travelling.

When you request your Heathrow Airport transfer, let us know your airline, flight number and terminal where known. This allows us to plan your journey around your specific flight.

Heathrow Terminal 2

Terminal 2, also known as The Queen’s Terminal, is used by a number of international airlines and is located in the central area of Heathrow.

If your flight departs from or arrives at Terminal 2, we can arrange your transfer directly to or from the appropriate terminal.

Heathrow Terminal 3

Terminal 3 handles a range of international flights and is located close to Terminal 2.

If you are travelling from Terminal 3, provide your flight details when booking so we know which terminal you need to reach.

Heathrow Terminal 4

Terminal 4 is located on the southern side of Heathrow and operates a range of international flights.

If your journey is from Terminal 4, we can arrange your pre-booked transfer directly from your chosen pickup address to the terminal.

For return journeys, provide your flight number so we have the relevant information for your Heathrow collection.

Heathrow Terminal 5

Terminal 5 is located on the western side of Heathrow and is used primarily by British Airways and its partner airlines.

If you are travelling through Terminal 5, your transfer will be planned specifically around your flight and terminal.
